Shopealo liquidates returned or over-stock items. **All products are sold “AS IS / WITH ALL FAULTS” and ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, SHOPEALO DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Availability of the Site is not guaranteed; we may suspend or alter it at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted, Shopealo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or site access. This clause does not limit liability for gross negligence or personal-injury claims where such limitation is unlawful.
7. No-Refund Policy (Florida)
Pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 501.142, our NO REFUND / NO EXCHANGE policy is displayed at checkout, on product pages, and in these T&C. Consumers who proceed acknowledge and accept that all purchases are final.
